MOVEMENT MONDAY💫 Last summer, #instaballet teamed up with DanceAbility International for their unforgettable 30-hour training experience. This training has been incredibly beneficial for the work we do, helping us lay the groundwork for creating a team of #instaballet facilitators to increase our capacity and meet the need of growing requests for #instaballet workshops, especially in school and youth nonprofit settings. It was a transformative journey where creativity, inclusion, and movement came together. ❤️✨ #instaballet #DanceAbilityInternational #DanceForAll
