Collaborate With Us

We partner with a wide range of organizations and communities, including schools, social service organizations, festivals, local businesses, and other arts organizations/groups. 

From classrooms and community centers to outdoor stages and online events, #instaballet creates spaces where everyone's ideas come to life through dance. Each partnership is unique, reflecting the needs, stories, and imagination of the people we collaborate with.

Perform with us

#instaballet strives to create an inclusive, transparent, collaborative environment for artists. We appreciate and incorporate diverse movement and musical vocabularies, including classical and modern. Artists are hired as independent contractors, and we strive to consistently pay an equitable, living wage rate. Opportunities may include performing, facilitating, composing/choreographing, visual design, or interdisciplinary collaboration. If you're an artist, dancer, musician, etc., who'd like to perform with #instaballet, email Antonio Anacan, artistic director, at antonio@instaballet.org. Please provide a brief overview of your creative practice, what inspires you, and how you'd like to be involved. 

Volunteer With Us

Volunteering is a great way to support #instaballet and your local community. Plus, it's a lot of fun. Volunteers support #instaballet at events, with committee service, with project-based collaboration, and through board service. If you have a passion for the arts and want to make art and creativity accessible to all in our community, then reach out to info@instaballet.org to learn more about volunteer opportunities. 

#instaballet's Board of Directors help bring our mission to life, ensure sustainable growth, and imagine what's next. They serve as ambassadors for community-created art and are the fiduciary stewards of the organization. #instaballet's Advisory Board is a group of key stakeholders who advise and support organizational leadership. #instaballet recruits new board and advisory board members each fall.
